• Business Development Specialists - 
  We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team. This position is a core team member of the sales/business development team and will be given a high level of autonomy in decision making. While primarily focused on sales and new business development, the suitable candidate should also possess a keen sense of design. In particular, sound knowledge and understanding of what goes into the design of exceptional products and compelling user experiences.
  
  Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Identifying new business opportunities, leading business development efforts to translate these new opportunities into sales revenue, new projects and accounts.
  • Proactively execute sales and business development activities
  • Provide advice/recommendations on project focus to potential clients.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presenting these to clients.

• Mechanical Design Engineers - 
  Candidates should have at least 2 year's applicable design work experience. 1 - 2 years of project management experience and strong client facing skills are ideal. This position also requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
  1. Client Facing skills.
  Successful candidates must be comfortable with clients and be able to effectively share their point of view and expertise. This position will require frequent contact with clients, through email, phone and in-person meetings. 
  
  2. Technical Expertise.
  The ideal candidate has excellent 3D CAD skills in Pro/Engineer and/or SolidWorks and Plastic or die-cast parts design experience. Candidates must have knowledge and experience with manufacturing processes and a thorough attention to detail.
  
   
  3. Project Management Skills.
  Candidates should possess project management skills  the ability to draft a statement of work, to set up and manage a timeline with milestones.

• Industrial Designers -
  Candidates should have a proven ability to develop a variety of different products as well as strong conceptual and story telling skills. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in industrial design, product design or a related field and at least 2 years experience in a consultant or in-house design position.
  
  You should also have the following:
  1. Strong technical proficiency (competent in 3D CAD, 2D & 3D design visualization, Rhinoceros, Adobe suite etc.)
  2. Strong personal point of view about design and design thinking.
  3. An ability to adapt style to suit the clients needs.
  4. A deep understanding and appreciation of aesthetics, articulated clearly and concisely.
  5. The ability to research and translate research data into concise powerful design solutions.
  6. The ability to effectively communicate ideas and design concepts with clients.

• Internship/Industrial Training Positions are available.
